Cofita Vicente Latorre was born in the province of Huesca in 1950.

Cofita Vicente Latorre was born in the province of Huesca in 1950.

It was during his youth when he wakes up a special interest in art in general, beginning stages of art not as a sculptor, but as a painter (landscapes in ink), which desenboca later in his current passion, sculpture.

In the late 80's, begins with testing of materials, shapes and style. Reinforced concrete and pigment dyed works are whimsical appearance, abstract limestone quarries in the area serves as a testing ground for further work .. cast iron.

It is now, with iron, with an emphatic and expressive material when it shows its creative ingenuity, daring and personal works.

In recent times he combines to create abstract shapes and volumes with figurative works, which prints an unmistakable signature style and caricature.

Recent solo and group exhibitions nationally and internationally made, give his work a truly attractive dimension.
